SHIPPING POLICY
Orders ship via USPS from Illinois and should be received within 5-7 business days from the time we receive your order. A tracking number will be sent to you once the order has shipped. A 7% sales tax is applied to all orders. Currently, we are unable to ship orders outside the US.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our products are made by hand in small batches. Due to the nature of our products, no refunds or returns are accepted other than for damage during shipping. Should you receive a damaged item during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement. Exceptions may apply, just send us a note.
